Museum-quality 4-Arm Rococo gaselier, American, Circa 1850 by Cornelius & Baker, Philadelphia. Retains its very rare "Damascene" finish applied to all of the spun brass elements. Fitted with wonderful set of period deep-etched gas globes showing Victorian women in cameo, surrounded by floral garland. Some of the original chain links are missing but these will be replaced with period replicas: your choice of plain Spanish Moss or the Spanish Moss links with standing cherub (see detail).
