A very stylish Art and Crafts Chandelier, all cast bronze with a great original patina. There are influences of both Art Nouveau in the casting on the ring and strong Modern Gothic lines on the crown of the ring and the ceiling canopy. Even the electric socket covers have carved arches in them and the subtle detailson the interior lining of the ring. We have outfitted them with a set of rare and important iridescent art glass shades that are the weight of a feather. The shades have a fantastic ice chipped surface which is carved away in a clear Arts and Crafts design stencil. The second shade is a Belova* shade which can be fitted with a 2"1/4 inch ceiling mount to complete accent lights surrounding the center chandelier if you like.
Dimensions of the fixture are as follows:36 inches in length presently and a diameter of about 21 inches. The shades are 6 inches in length and 5 inches in width. (Length can be adjusted.)
* Belova was an important Czechoslovakian glass manufacturer at the turn of the last century who worked with a number of American lamp companies.
