Bronze, Copper and Mica Dragon Sconce and Wall light bracket.
Circa 1890
I could not keep this Dragon still for the photograph. This is a fantastic piece of Sculpture as well as a functional light. Assuming you don't mind mythical winged beast slithering up and down your wall, while illuminating it. This is a bronze silverplated Sconce, Interior or Exterior. The detail is outstanding. It is so captivating it is difficult to articulate an adequate description. The detail on the wings and the scaley body just doesn't stop. The little lantern that he holds in his mouth has been fitted with a Silvery mica insert.
Dimensions: 28" in total length as shown, Dragon is 19 inches 19 inches in width, 10 inch projection.

Single Two arm Very Rare Electric Wall Sconce and Bracket!. We attribute this piece to Caldwell.We have never seen anything quite like this before. The wire actually snakes through the decoration. It is an amazing example of function and design put together. This is all cast decoration with silverplate that has a strong tarnish to it. I like it dark and Chris likes it bright. We compromised and showed it my way. We can certainly bring the finish to any color you like. Shades are your choice as well. This is a large piece so make sure you have the wall space for it.

Pair of way "Over the top", Museum Quality Candle Sconces.
American Circa 1840. These gems are mesmerizing. You just can't take your eyes off of them. Bronze composition. THe wall bracket that they suspend from is exquisite, There are just not enough superlatives to describe these. They really are like a matched pair of miniature 6 light chandeliers. The only apology are missing candle cups which we will cast and patinate to match the original patina.

All of our fixtures are sold with period antique shades, not reproductions. We offer a wide variety of glass shades, which include deep etched, silver etched, painted, cased, and art glass shades and globes. The makers of the glass we offer include Tiffany, Steuben, Quezal, Loetz, Lustre Art, Fostoria, Emeralite, Daum, Welsbach, Gleason, Phoenix, Cambridge, and Belova. We also have Pomona glass and glue ice chip and reverse painted, leaded and slag glass.
